How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to provide shipping information and select a payment method to complete your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this time, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. Contact customer service immediately if you need to make changes.
Do you offer guest checkout?
Yes, you can checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and access order history.
How much does shipping cost?
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday-Friday ship the same day. Weekend orders ship the following Monday.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track orders in your account dashboard.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. International shipping may be available in the future.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Return shipping costs $5.99 (deducted from refund) unless the return is due to our error.

When will I receive my refund?

Are there any items that can’t be returned?
Final sale items, personalized products, intimate apparel, and items damaged by normal wear cannot be returned.
